  It takes several emails each time I have a question for someone to actually respond. I have had to cancel applications for future graduate school because they are so incredibly careless and slow at responding to simple requests. I am still waiting for my diploma. There is no accountability at all and it really gives an unprofessional image which makes me doubt the legitimacy of the entire university.

  I defended my thesis 3 months ago and no one has given any information regarding graduation ceremony, or how and when to get the certificate.

  I just finished my masters here. Very bureaucratic university. Little transparancy of what on earth is going on here.

  Horrible administration. I have had to fight for over a month on two separate occasions just to get physical official copies of my academic transcript sent to me. Everywhere else in the world this is standard, but for some reason they have no system for ordering transcripts. Even after offering to pay for them, they caused problems because they have no system set up for payment. They asked me to come halfway across the world to pick them up.

  very political university, if you are a student who obeys the law and believes in the state of law don´t go there, comunists , anarchists and extremist left groups have here the saying, the fanatics who are now pushing Catalonia to split from Spain and who support violence against people who are not in favour of independence have made their studies here, so how good this university can be, perhaps the right university if you want to become an outlaw

  I graduated 4 years ago and I also still have not received my diploma. They asked me to wire (Yes wire, they are so stuck in the past that they do not take credit card) 50 euros to them. I did so and since their bank deducted 4 euros they wanted me to send another wire transfer of 4 euros. It was their responsibility to tell me the correct amount so you would think they would waive the 4 euros but they will not. It is extremely expensive to wire money but the administration does not care.

  The classrooms, although different in size and commodity are comfortable for one to attend a class there.
